Dear Mr. Simon,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Zenith Technologies to inform you that we are cancelling the contract with your company because of poor workmanship.
On May 20th, 2022, our company had placed a request for emergency electrical services at our city office. It was mentioned that it was an urgent requirement and must be addressed with immediate effect but until May 23rd, 2022, your servicemen had not reported at the office to check the issue. They had repaired the electrical equipment that was causing troubles and leading to constant tripping on May 24th, 2022 and gave an assurance that all the work has been done. Then again on May 30th, 2022, the same issue recurred and it kept on happening for around three days until we had to call some other service provider to have it fixed.
It was quite a dissatisfying and unprofessional behavior of your servicemen. We do not expect such a kind of response and handling of issues because it not only hampers our performance but also damages our image. Therefore, due to the poor workmanship of your servicemen, we are compelled to put an end to this service contract we had signed with your firm on January 1st, 2022.
